Healthy Parmesan & Rosemary Sweet Potato Nachos
Healthy Parmesan & Rosemary Sweet Potato Nachos are a delicious and wholesome twist on a classic favorite. Made with our sustainably grown sweet potatoes, this recipe combines the rich flavors of parmesan and rosemary with the natural sweetness of sweet potatoes. Perfect for a snack or your next get-together, these nachos are full of fiber and easy to make!

Ingredients
1/3 cup shredded swiss or cheddar cheese
1/4 cup fine parmesan cheese
3 tbsp dried rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Slice sweet potatoes into thin rounds. Layer onto a parchment-lined pan.
Sprinkle the rest of the ingredients on top.
Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes or until sweet potatoes are cookies through. Enjoy immediately!
