Smashed Sweet Potatoes

Directions

  1. Start by taking a Bako Sweet Single Sweet Potato and steam it in the microwave according to the instructions on the sticker. After microwaving they will be soft and easy to cut into rounds.

  2. Slice the sweet potatoes into rounds.

  3. Place the sweet potato rounds on a greased baking sheet, and smash down with a fork.

  4. Drizzle olive oil along with seasonings and bake in the oven at 425 F for 25-20 minutes, until they are crispy and golden brown (or air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes).

  5. Top with shaved parmesan and enjoy!
