Savory Sweet Potato Chips
We all love to snack on some potato chips, don’t we? Here’s a healthier alternative to your average potato chips. Try out this homemade sweet potato chip recipe adding more nutrients, less unhealthy fats, and the same amount of satisfaction to your day!

Ingredients
2 Bako Sweet sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced thinly
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Sweet Potato Chips
Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil until evenly coated.
In a separate small bowl, mix together the dried thyme, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Sprinkle the spice mixture over the sweet potato slices, making sure to coat them evenly.
Place the seasoned sweet potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Cook the sweet potato slices in the air fryer for 10-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time, until they are crispy and golden brown.
Once cooked, remove the sweet potato chips from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
Serve the sweet potato chips immediately as a healthy and flavorful snack option.
Feel free to adjust the amount of seasoning based on your personal taste preferences. Enjoy your homemade sweet potato chips with the wonderful aroma of dried thyme and other yummy spices! Generally, this recipe should yield enough chips for 2-4 servings, depending on how they’re being served.
