1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons minced chipotle peppers plus additional adobo sauce from can
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions
Preheat:
For Oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
For Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Prepare Sweet Potatoes: Place the sweet potato strips in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss well to coat.
Season Sweet Potatoes: In a small bowl, stir together paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the sweet potatoes and toss again to coat as evenly as possible.
Cook Sweet Potatoes:
For Oven: Line baking sheets with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup. Arrange the sweet potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheets. Bake for 30 minutes or until nicely browned, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure even cooking.
For Air Fryer: Place the seasoned sweet potato strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches to avoid overcrowding. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking. The fries should be crispy and browned.
Prepare Chipotle Yogurt Dip: While the sweet potatoes are cooking, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped chipotle peppers, and garlic salt in a small bowl. Mix well.
