Healthy Roasted Balsamic Sweet Potatoes & Brussels Sprouts
If you’re looking for a delicious side dish to make this holiday season, you have to try this recipe! This tray bake is super easy to make and tastes delicious roasted with the balsamic flavors.

Ingredients
4 medium Bako Sweet sweet potatoes
2 cups sliced Brussels Sprouts
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp avocado oil
1/4 cup crumbled feta
2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven at 400°F.
Slice Brussels sprouts in half and sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes.
Place onto a baking dish and top with oil, vinegar, and seasoning.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Garnish with feta and enjoy!
